We ordered online and there was a mishap with the order being placed in their system and made on time. When we arrived for... pick-up, the order had not been started. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, sorted out the issue quickly, and gave us await time of 20 minutes. No worries for us, we just sat down to wait. Not even 10 minutes later, our food was ready for us! Andwe definitely were not the only ones ordering or in need of service from the team. Just really pleased with how nice everythingwas. EDIT: I?d like to edit this review and note that someone contacted me immediately with my concern. Thank you, we know everyone... has an ?off? night so I?d like to review my rating. I?m sooo sad to write this review because I?m a long time Loop lover! Lastnight we got take out? I ordered the crunchy broccoli salad (my fav!!!) and I kid you not? there was exactly ONE piece ofbroccoli in there. One. And two cherry tomatoes. This was after waiting 45 minutes for our order. We live 20 minutes away so Icouldn?t go back to fix it. Sadly Loop may be out of our dinner rotation from here on out. I had to go up to McDonald?s afterspending $30 on our meals, as a handful of lettuce and one piece of broccoli was not enough. Loop- if I could give you ONEsuggestion, it would be that you?ve got to make the to go salads more substantial. When you dine it, the salad is full oftoppings! When you get it to go, it?s so meager! Pizza was awful - not only was it way too small (although that was partially my fault for not reading the size correctly), but... the crust was burnt to the point it was cracking just to hold it and only half the slices had a good amount of cheese. I alsogot the chicken tenders, and while those were good, they were WAY too small for being over $8. I was starving and hadn?t eatenall day, so I ate what was actually edible but I regret not contacting the place to get my money back. Never ordering from hereagain! ETA 8/11 - added two stars because when Joey got back to me, he was very understanding and prompt about getting me arefund, which I very much appreciate. The tomato bisque is the BEST!! Among other menu items I?ve enjoyed everything. I will drive miles out of my way just to eat at... The Loop, Fernandina, which is OFTEN. The staff is always friendly and from what I?ve seen the manager, Eli, takes customerservice and satisfaction to heart. He makes all the customers smile. P. S. Update: the boss man reached out and offered a burger on him I will say that?s very good customer e and he?s trying to do his... best at correcting the mistakes of his employees! I appreciate and respect that! So I usually love coming to the loop andtonight I came for one of their awesome burgers... that I ordered med well .... when we got our tray... my burger was raw ...notrare.... but mushy raw ...they did recook me another one but I couldn?t eat at that point. The place wasn't too busy. I did not enjoy my chicken sandwich. It was tough and burnt. I had to peel it off. The fries were... good though. Read more
