Locked doors right before we walked in. At 10:04pm. Hours says they close at 12am. Either change your hours or stick to it.
I got a vanilla ice cream with sprinkles. Very simple. The sprinkles were stale. I asked just for a regular ice cream. They... were rude and extremely challenging. When finally I just asked for a refund and reluctantly they gave me one. Just pick adifferent location. Read more
Seriously this place is trash. I ordered at 9pm and they say they are opened till midnight but they closed at ten after me... waiting over an hour for my doordash order to be picked up. They didn?t answer the phone and this is the third time we attemptedto order from this location and didn?t get our order. Pathetic customer service. How hard is it to put a couple of scoops of icecream in a cup. If i could give zero stars i would. Don?t order from this place. You won?t get your order and they don?t care atall about their customers. The number online goes to a cell phone. Shows how trash this spot really is. Calling healthdepartment on them. Very incompetent location. Ordered a customized cake here and when I went to pick it up the size of the cake was wrong. Was told... that everything else about the cake was correct, the ice cream and cake flavors inside, and that the only thing wrong was thesize. Was offered a dozen of donuts to make up the difference in price, which I took. I cut into the cake the next day and turnsout that the cake flavor is also incorrect. Honestly, it wouldn't have made a difference if everything was correct, the cakewouldn't have been worth it either way. It was mostly ice cream and the little bit of cake that was there didn't taste great. Iwould suggest buying a cake from someplace else and ice cream from here separately, if you just had to have their ice cream.It'll taste better and come out cheaper. Read more
The absolute worst customer service. None of the signs matched the ice cream. Most of the ice cream out didnt have a sign. Out... of everything. Guys behind the counter were incredibly short when helping everyone in line. I get being out of items, but beingrude to customers as well just seems sad. Read more
