The lady at the cashier had a really nasty attitude because they got my order incorrect that I ordered from door dash& she did... not want to accommodate me correctly Not considering the fact that I had to drive all the way there to get my order aftergetting it delivered from DoorDash. This Biggby is hands down the best Biggby in the area! Clean, quick, and convenient. With free parking, free wifi, and plenty of... room for working. The workers there are attentive, detail-oriented, fast, and friendly! My daughter and I get drinks there atleast 3 times a week. We look forward to the familiar faces, the warm interior, the witty banter, and over-the-counterconversations with staff that we've gotten to know. Kyle, the manager, has not only guided me towards many of my favorite drinksover the years, and helped modify them as I needed, but also helped perfect my signature drink, which he has memorized. I'vebeen there and the baristas had my drink done before I finished ordering! Maddie and Tyler and the rest of the team are awesome,and always remember the little things (like sprinkles on my sons hot cocoa, cinnamon and whip on my daughter's frozen chai).They always put on the finishing touches, communicate to avoid confusion or mistakes, and serve with a smile. I went to order a bagel. The business itself is still open. Why did would the barista refuse to sell me one. She say oh (eyes... opened wide) we?re actually done selling bagels for today. Since when have there been a time frame on a item you sell dailyuntil closing. If the item is available sell it. I?ve been there several time at the exact time I came today and never getturned away with that excuse. She just didn?t wanna do the work. Read more

The 2 young ladies in this store is awesome! I ordered a hot chocolate and left a tip because they were so great. One of them... explained all the hot chocolates on the menu and told me about her favorite add ins and the other was so polite. She was talkingto me about the weather. I did tell them, thier jobs are essential because sometimes something as simple as a hot chocolatewith a smile can turn my day around. Read more
