The young lady with red Bob haircut was rude and kept slamming the drive thru windo in my face. I had a special order because... my kids eat their burgers plain and I expressed that a few times, my order was still wrong. When I told the young lady my orderwas wrong she snatched my bag from while rolling her eyes and slammed the drive thru window. I spoke up and told the young ladythat I wanted to speak to her manager. She asked "for what" then pointed to the guy on the register. I proceeded to tell him howpoorly I was being treated and he said he heard everything all while staring at me as if he didn't care what he was being told. Plus they're never open at 8am like they're suppose to be. I've gone to this location several times before work between 8:15amand 8:40am and sat for up to 20 minutes ( they're known for taking their time) Read more
Nothing was made to order.. Everything was cold and nasty.. I ordered six whopper specials, with mayo, fries no salt. And a... regular whopper extra mayo cut in half.. The fries where cold, old, soggy, and covered in salt.. The burgers where cold, dry,and the bread was old.. Tomato was bad as well.. No extra mayo No ketchup.. And the Lemonade water we received was awful.. Nowonder everything was crowded except this restaurant.. Read more

The service was fast and the food was the usual. I don't really care for this location they are usually lacking any" specialty... sandwiches featured by Bk's website. It's near my home so I don't eat here often as they are lacking in keeping up with BKsandwiches. The employees are great. Read more
My child and I, stopped by this location on our way to Chicago to attend a funeral. Halfway on Southfield Fwy and Grand River... Ave., we decided to start eating our food, only we wasn't able to eat it due to the order being completely wrong and bare, and Imean bare.(look at the pictures) I had to drive all the way back (yes, I did, due to the cost spent) and when I got there, Iasked the lady that was back on the side preparing the food to read the receipt, she read the receipt and I produced the foodthat they gave us. She act like there was nothing wrong with the two sandwiches. Now, do these pictures look like a whopper? Now compare the receipt information to how the sandwiches look. If you can read the receipt, the sandwiches are supposed to bedifferent. But looking at the pictures, the two sandwiches are almost exactly alike. Does it look like we had it made our way? I think not! This order is a sad reminder, pay attention to your order. If I didn't have the receipt, they probably wouldhave said that is how I order it.
