This place is messy and the workers are rude. They open at 10:45am and in less than 2 hour they are out of Fajita Veggies for... the day everyday. Why have it as a choice on the menu if you always running out? Better yet, why no plan for the whole day andhave enough on hand until closing? They used to give a nice portions of food. Now, the portion sizes has gone down to verylittle and the prices has gone up very much. I have seen workers throw food in the garbage rather than give the customer alittle more food if they ask for it. I do not recommend anyone going to this Chipotle. Read more
This Chipotle is absolutely NOT beaver friendly! I have placed online orders every day for the last three days. Every single... time, they had zero chips! What the heck?! What kind of Chepolte has NO CHIPS? The Beeverstein guild has iron in our teeth, andChapilte chips are the best source of iron in this area. I asked for support and they had me talk to a pepper. Probably one of the worst Chipotle?s I?ve been to. I?m not sure if this only applies to DoorDash/online orders, but, my wife?s... order felt very light out of the bag. Upon opening the lid, it was pretty sparse and had almost nothing in it - almost like ahalf portion. She was also missing some items we chose, like fajita vegetables and corn salsa, and the rice wasn?t fully cookedand was crunchy. My order wasn?t quite the amount I?m used to portion wise form chipotle, but was better than my wife?s order. The steak was pretty sparse and tasted more dry than other locations. I?ve tried to give this location a few tries but it?s beenlike this every time. I will not be visiting this location again. Read more
This was my first time having Chipotle! Had originally went to Royal Oak location, which is fairly new and they were out of... some key/ standard items. Service here was pretty quick staff was helpful in making suggestions especially for the kids mealwhich they incidentally didn't provide the juice for. Food was fresh and amazingly good. Per regular patrons, the portionsweren't as healthy as they usually are. I think price point for the bowl was decent. Never would have thought to put vinegarreton rice and meat, but it was DELICIOUS. Too bad they don't sell salads as this dressing was magnificent. Kids meal was filling, but the options for sides are pretty limited. Will definitely try again! Read more
Extremely rude, and horrible staff. Complain about making food, during hours. It?s 9:20pm, and they are complaining about... customers, having to take more orders, and make food. Was told to wait while additional chicken was prepared - after waiting inline for 30+ minutes, all the chicken was promised to take out orders and they were out for the evening. Upon asking if I couldget a portion because I had waited so long - I was told they were out for the night. The staff then proceeded to berate and tellpaying customers to leave. Said they did not care about there job, they can work anywhere, and the grill shuts down at 9pm,when they?re open until 10pm. Extremely poor franchise, would never come back. Dirty, rude staff. I?ve given this place too many chances solely because I love chipotle in general. This location is a sad joke and every person... that works there is either high on pills or willingly moves with the urgency of a slug. Do yourself a favor and go somewhereelse because you?ll be waiting for your order long after the pickup time selected, when it?s completed it will be wrong, andevery employee will look at you like you?re an a**hole for wanting the food that you ordered. Non cooked rice & I went in to order this! Location is very lazy & slow moving like they don?t care how long the line is they... will still move in a moving slow motion, this was supposed to be fresh brung out rice but clearly it?s uncooked rice. I ordered3 more bowls of this we all can?t eat ate food. Read more
