We hired Cutting Edge as our wedding caterer as they were one of the preferred vendors from our venue (The Whiskey Factory).... After my first conversation with Kortney, I knew they could be a great option! They were very transparent about budget and whatwe could expect for what we wanted (must haves) and where we could make some tweaks. She was more than willing to work tocustomize our menu to fit our families and the experience we were trying to create. We booked prior to having our tasting, andwe were so excited to try the food. It beyond exceeded our expectations, and the portion sizes are HUGE. This is definitely notgoing to leave your guests hungry. We opted for the short ribs and pesto crusted whitefish. We tried both and were blown away,we had the request to serve some broccolini with the short rib and it was accommodated with no problem. For our passedappetizers we served jerk chicken (per our request), turkey sausage stuffed meatballs and vegan sushi. Everything was amazing,and all of our non vegan friends even raved about the sushi. Another thing that our guests were raving about was how hot all ofthe food was when served at the table. Chaos from beginning to end. We recently had a wedding & used Cutting edge cuisine, what a huge mistake! Their staff was very... difficult to work with, the theme of our dealings with them was, ?why we can?t do what you want.? They were unhelpful, confusedand just plain wrong regarding all aspects of the event. The day of the wedding we were served cold food, (the bride and groom)I asked 5 guests from the wedding, ?how was the food? they all responded with something negative. ?The food was cold? ?the foodtasted bad? ?they brought ours out an hour after the table next to us? I asked the staff why this was happening and theyresponded with, ?the owner of the company had another event that night and most staff was sent to do the other event? you sentstaff to do another event ? Pathetic! Somehow they ran out of beer and wine during cocktail hour?! There was 5 hours left ofthe party! I would never use this company and I will no longer be eating at any of the restaurants associated with this owner.(Mex/beaus/social) Waste of money waste of time, pathetic overall! Read more

Kortney and her team were a delight to work with for our wedding reception! We had originally worked with them to plan a 2021... reception, but we unfortunately needed to postpone to 2022, and they were very flexible in working with us to secure our newdate. They organized a tasting for us, and the amount of food was extremely generous and all delicious! On the day of theevent, the service and food were outstanding, and the entire team was very professional throughout. We also got our rentalsthrough Cutting Edge, and the process was very smooth.
