Came to Michigan to visit a long time friend and was in the lookout for some amazing food. Came here on the 8th and chose the... imperial hot dog and tostada sandwich (hopefully I remembered the names right). I was ambivalent about a hot dog tbh but I wasseriously so so sooo good. This place is fun and trendy! Great drinks, food and service. Always busy with no reservations so be prepared to wait but it is... worth it! Get a drink while you wait and you must have a hot dog! Read more
I have taken a few friends to this place a couple times now and I have not been unsatisfied yet. it is amazing food service,... great the atmosphere, amazing and it?s in a great location. so if you decide you want to get some food and drinks here and thenwalk somewhere else you can even in the cold and that means a lot in Michigan. Plus!, their is pretty decent parking! I love thefood here, their Mexican menu, it is amazing their selection is great the taste is bold, the flavors are everywhere highlyrecommended to come here and check it out at least once find your favorite item on the menu and pass it along. Fantastic tacos, hot dogs and margaritas. Imperial is definitely a repeater, the food is delicious and the house margaritas are... hand made, perfectly tart and not overly sweet. And Sonoran hot dogs would be great naked but are incredibly tasty with thefixings on top. The space is open and inviting and the staff was very friendly and attentive. Will come back here for sure. Thirty years ago tacos in this area were so predictable and combined predictable with too much of an aftertaste. Imperial has... combined the inventive with a solid foundation. The carnitas were excellent and the carne asada tacos were tender. The salsa wasnot too hot and the hot dogs are addictive. The one thing that has stayed consistent is the consistency! Read more
