Best at returning mistake orders. Not that they made meany only 1since I've been ordering. To there benefit I truly think that... it was my fiance's ordering not there making. If you like Tubby's steak sub, you'll love the one from Jersey Mike's! No dressing comes on it (which concerned me because I... hate a dry sandwich). No sauce was needed! The sandwich is delicious as is. However when modified it kicks it up another notch!The service was fast, professional and friendly. The store was very clean. Ordered Online at 9:59 am for an 11:30 am pickup. Arrived at 11:25 and finally received my order at 12:05 pm. The frustrating... part is to watch customers come in, place a larger order and walk out before me. The answer should never be that no one is in tolook at orders prior to 10am, that they are short staffed (I counted 7 employees actively working, and working hard I may add)and that if I was not happy, I could cancel the order. To reiterate, I waited 35 minutes after my scheduled pickup time toreceive my order and If I had not ordered online with my CC, I most definitely would have. Will I go again? Probably. This place is always quick the food is always on point and they are extra cautious about gluten allergies. A guy named Justin... helped me, and stopped in the middle of a busy lunch rush to clean everything before prepping my food. You don't get servicelike that many places. Read more
