They open at 11. I went in at 1130 with 1 of my co workers. Both of us were going to get a lunch combo. (2 slices and a drink).... The boy at the counter said he had only 1 combo left and there was no more after that. So either they are lazy lazy or they ranout of pizza. Both ways it’s sad. Read more
Very bad and slow service a manager/owner banned me from ordering for $10. She became very rude because she lost $10 now she has... been on the phone for hours with corporate trying to ban me from jets. She also made a fake police report accusing me ofharassing. Wanting to prosecute me to the fullest extent of the law she says It her tone of voice and way she speaks. Food was great but they need more workers, waiting a long time
I've been eating at this location on eight and mile (in the shopping center) for years. I can honestly say this place is amazing... and the service is great. I recommend everyone goes there and enjoy just like I did. To the whole team at Jets. Thanks and keepup the good work.. Read more
Can't really go wrong with jets. Nice staff. Staff told me, after asking them how they liked working there, that they really... dislike management. Lady seemed scared of her boss tbh. Hopefully they are not being verbally abused or threatened. Read more
How do you sale caesar salads with no caesar dressing??Should have ordered coney island! I've ordered Caesar salads from a... different location and loved them. This salad was horrible! Charged higher prices for medium portion toppings and given smallportions. Ended up with a bowl of iceberg lettuce and a few toppings, also no options for mushrooms (which I could order fromthe other location). I don't know if it was the chicken, it would probably have to be the chicken because I only had a fewtomatoes, black olives and croutons but it was very salty.... after putting all of the toppings and some lettuce in a bowl, Istill have enough lettuce for another salad... extremely dissatisfied.
