Friendly, fast, accurate, and not only was the food hot, but the fries were salted.
They (rudely) forced me to cancel my order because even if I was there in person I didn?t have the phone to pick it up. One... other time they gave me half the stuff I paid for and made a huge deal out of it when my husband went back to get it. Notrecommended. Read more
Out of the ones around Woodward I like this location even though it can get busy. Never have any issues with our orders.... Also-Shoutout to CALVIN! Went through the drive thru today and he was such a delight. I wish McDonalds could clone him for allthe drive thrus! He is the definition of amazing customer service. My food was hot and fresh, the tone in the drive thru was short and greeted me with a smile
Posted store hours are 6:00am - ?:00pm (see photo) but store isn't open at 7:13am Employees claim the computers are... down. After a lengthy weight for my food to come out after going through the drive-thru line, I got an egg McMuffin that wasburnt beyond recognition. Read more
I?m not the one to complain because I understand good help is hard to find these days, that?s why I don?t eat at McDonalds. They... never get the order right, and then they give you a look like how dare you, and all I want is what I paid for. All my son askfor is pickles on the side this is the 3rd time in a row that I have paid for something I haven?t received. Not only was myorder incorrect, there were several cars pulled over ahead of us complaining and then a lady came to window while I was thereand they forgot her happy meal. What a nice looking store, too bad the employees are not as efficent and made us wait for 20 min to get a chicken sandwhich... without sauce... we had to walk inside and ask for the order. I wont be driving through this McD's again... Read more
I ordered a fish, fresh. It wasn't. The fries tasted old, I ordered no salt so that they are fresh. Not!!
