I would give this place a 0 if I could. Rude lady answered the phone 11-9-22 at 7:08pm. I called and asked about my order as... online states it's not even done being made (35 minutes after placing the order). She told me it not done and they are waitingon the delivery driver. I asked if I could pick it up, and the lady hung up on me! Very unprofessional! I will NEVER be orderingfrom this place, nor will I ever recommend this place. This is the most disgusting and disrespectful store I have ever orderedfrom. Do yourself a favor and FIND A DIFFERENT PLACE TO ORDER FROM! Don't waste your hard earned money here! Read more
These employees are incompetent. They estimated 7 minutes on a cheese pizza, it took them 45 minutes to make it. Yesterday I... picked up an order for GrubHub and the employee told me the order had already been taken. Ten minutes later she found it in thehot box. She said she can?t read. She asked me if the order had a Pepsi, I declined. She gave me a Pepsi anyway. So theemployees can?t count, can?t read, and they give away product for free. Made an order thin crust chicken pizza No Bacon, the pizza had bacon all over it. Called it in, manager on duty remade the pizza... an they still messed it up, pizza had regular dough not thin crust. An its has white onions an not red & atleast they didn't putbacon on it. I would like to say I have never tried a bbq chicken pizza be4 an still haven't, my son an the trash enjoyed therest. Poor service pls get ppl food right I had to travel over 25 miles back any forth for pizza I didn't even eat an btw thecheese stick was old an dry only thing that was good was the lemon pepper tenders which Definitely was a waste of my money,timeand gas. Not good. Ordered delivery, large pan pizza and the new chicken alfredo pasta deal that includes breadsticks. Delivery was... quick. However, did not receive breadsticks. For pasta - alfredo sauce was watery and the chicken was tiny and tasted like ham.I actually think it was ham. For pizza -- very undercooked. Extremely chewy and no crisp. You're better off going with one ofthe local mom and pops in the area for pizza. Read more

I order the big dinner box, plus an extra order of bread sticks from this store. Paid the $33.64 that i was charged for this... mess (pictured below), and was on my way! Needless to say we had to throw it away. I can?t imagine anyone boxing this order upfor human consumption, let alone letting it go out the door! Never again will I spend my hard earned money at this pizza hut. Ifupper management cares at all of what goes out the door, I would recommend retraining these people on how food preparations!Anyways $33.64 was wasted! Thanks! Read more
