It?s Taco Bell. It?s what you?d expect. Every now and then it?s the one fast food I?ll get. I do however like that so far. This... Taco Bell hasn?t made mistakes with my order ( for health reasons this is very important ) and I like that I can TRUST them tomake exactly what I ordered. If you're familiar with the chain, you know the menu, so I'll concentrate on other details. Not one of their larger locations,... but this is an impeccably clean small restaurant. I ate in rather than doing takeout. Fast, polite counter service fromfriendly, efficient employees. I went inside to order their was nobody in the store so from behind the counter were 4 people talking it seems as though I... disturbed their conversation so one young man asked me did I place an order online I said no so he said you can place your orderbehind you I told them I am senior and don't know how to use that . So a lady comes from behind the counter with attitude andsaid what do you want I said a Mexican pizza she was quick to say you have to go online to order that at this point I am veryfrustrated and she seemed happy I left. I'm sure I'm not the only one this happens to. If you are paying your employees $15 anhour they better come to work for you and just not socialize with their friends at work. I use to love Taco Bell but thisexperience has made it where I won't give any business to them again. Read more
Unfamiliar with the technology for ordering. I am old fashioned and will learn another time. Hiring...evening staff didn't show... up. The Area Manager was sensitive to her daytime staff. Very outgoing and gracious to us customers! Read more
I ordered in the car and was waiting for my food inside got a text it was ready after 7 min of waiting after I got the text I... asked and it was ready they made my drink. Went to the car to eat and it was warm but hot because someone could not bring it tothe counter. I was about to leave and someone in the driver through came in because they forgot her drink. There was a friendlycashier guy who was hard working and also making food and once in a while keeping up with orders falling behind. But the otherswere not good with orders as they made mine. JOKE... advertised hours are until 3am... stopped by at 12:30am and was told, "it's going to be a long time because the people... in front of you ordered a lot of items" 1) at least you were honest 2) what a joke!!! 3) guess it doesn't matter when yourother Taco Bell only takes orders from Door Dash or UberEats after a certain time.....I hope you all close and lose your jobs Read more
