The atmosphere was ok yesterday, but as a customer I witnessed a manager come in, roll eyes and smack lips as another manager... was trying to pass information along. Not only that but my smoothie was very thick and icy without any flavor. I?m a long timecustomer here and it?s very disappointing to see the tensions between management in addition to the quality of the fooddecrease. This best location every just went to trash. They remodeled & hired new people who are NOT trained properly. The smoothies are... not the same. The cup is not even full.
