Will argue with your Dasher about drink that wasn?t picked up. Had to call the store myself and tell them I did not receive my... order. Horrible rude girl on the phone. The atmosphere was ok yesterday, but as a customer I witnessed a manager come in, roll eyes and smack lips as another manager... was trying to pass information along. Not only that but my smoothie was very thick and icy without any flavor. I?m a long timecustomer here and it?s very disappointing to see the tensions between management in addition to the quality of the fooddecrease. This best location every just went to trash. They remodeled & hired new people who are NOT trained properly. The smoothies are... not the same. The cup is not even full. How does one follow instructions & still get the ingredients wrong. Now I need to figureout how to make it myself @ home. Not going to waste time & money for it to not be right Read more
Never again. Made an online order. Simple right you would think people know how to read. Wrong!!! No straws with the order and... all the sandwiches were Luke warm and dry. I don't know who runs this establishment, but I work too hard for my money to wasteit. Read more
Hate to do a bad review but the management or ownership should get a clue. Our first time there a couple hours ago. Not clean/in... disarray. The girl taking orders was very rude. No hello or welcome, just "a look". I asked for a cherry, banana and chocolatesmoothie - simple, right? Not for her. She said "I don't know what that is". I repeated myself. She begrudgingly said "we don'thave cherries" (she could have said so in the first place. another location does). She didn't say "sorry, would you likesomething else". So I ordered a banana, strawberry smoothie. As I waited for my order, I noticed they had chocolate that shenever bothered to ask if I wanted after asking her the first time. When I asked her, she was busy and ignored me. When she wasready, she asked "What's your problem"? At that point, we should have gotten a refund and walked out. I asked if she could putchocolate in it, not immediately asking if I wanted white or dark - she wanted me to guess or research what they had. Clearlycombative. The smoothie is really good but I swear I will never be getting food from this place again as I just spent nearly 8.00 on one... tortilla and a handful of cheese. You would think they would have something of better quality when spending this kind of moneybut the picture will do the justice. Only will be returning for smoothies in the future and I?d give the smoothies 4.5 stars butthat?s the only good factor here. Lately idk if they have a new employee that hates their job or what, but the smoothies have so much crunched ice that it makes... it impossible to drink through the straw, the sandwich I got was burnt (it was the peanut butter breakfast one) and the avocadosmoothie had no flavor at all. I order from other tropical smoothies too and I know what it is supposed to taste like, and notthis horrible tasteless goo. I honestly don?t think I can eat and drink this?.
