The garbages in the drive-thru were overflowing with trash, the service was nice and friendly, but the food was cold and... sloppy. My Mc Chicken's mayo was splattered on the the bun which made the bun slide and pretty much ruined the meal, along witht cold hard fries. I didn't go there at an extremely busy time, nor was it too late, so I don't understand why the quality ofthe food was so poor. Read more
A comedy event: While attempting to dine in, the manager was exiting the door and said that the lobby was closed, but it's... okay, they'll help you out, so I went in. I was tucked away in the far corner and waited for my food. After a reasonableamount of time, my food was brought to my table. I started to look around and could not believe my eyes what I was seeing, andhearing. Because I was out of sight and out of mind, they circuis quickly went live for a highly entertaining evening: 1) I'venever seen such filth in a resturant before 2) The entire night shift crew was screaming, yelling, laughing, having a great timedoing everything except for working 3) Staff drop items on the floor and joke "oops" 4) The manager "Isaac" yells to hisstaff, "you make me feel like a woman more and more every day!". Real professional. . . 5) They posted a sign as I stated thatthe lobby was closed due to short staffing. I saw quite a few employees, didn't look short on people, just short on work. 6)They were running back and fourth around the counter. Other employees that were aparently off the clock but hanging around (nolonger in uniform), just ran back and forth between the kitchen and the pigpen. 7) Another employee just dripped his meltingcone across the floor on the way to the trash can, thought it was funny. I could go on and on, but most peeps wont read this ifit gets too long, just look at the photos for yourself. Every night shift employee starting with the manager should be let go. I guess I should know better, afterall the sign outside does say "play place", I thought that was just for the little kids. Butaparently its for the big kids too. . . Read more
Hey its McDonald's, but a surprise to me was the big Mac I ordered. It was not the usual preformed patty. I was surprised to see... the burger looked like homemade, along with tomatoes, lettuce, catchup & pickles. Delicious. Read more

Worst McDonald's ever! It was Dinner time they weren't even the slightest busy. Ordered for my family and kids. Line went... quick But because everything was thrown together poorly. My large fry barely had a small fry in all the fries I ordered. I wasso mad to notice this halfway home. Paid good honest Is my hard working money for them to rip me off. I understand the wait since the drive thru was really long and I ordered inside. One of the self-checkout wasn?t working for the... payment so we had to go in line and wait to pay at the register. There was this one super nice guy with blond hair (didn?t catchhis name), he seemed like he was working the hardest (working at the register, giving mobile orders, and packing the bags), wassuper efficient and kind. I really don't eat fast food, but my child always demands this once in a while. Wish the fries were a little hotter. I love my... fries piping hot straight from the fryer. The lady at the drive-through was super patient and friendly! I love the onions inthe quarter pounder. Read more
