They got my order wrong and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them to make it properly. Then the manager made a snide... remark implying that I ordered incorrectly rather than them simply making a mistake. Listen, I know what I?m ordering because Iknow what I want. I usually adore Papa Murphys but our Tuesday Morning pizza pick-up was the last visit. The visit wasn't up to the standards we... love about them. The crust itself didn't bake up like it usually does. It was especially thick even on the regular crust Cowboyas well as the thin crust pizza we had. Super sad! Read more

They were busy when we got there and ordered. Three pizzas only tool about 15 minutes. Oh, and they were great!

Apparently people with allergies aren't allowed to get their deals. We asked to REMOVE cheese, not replace it, not add anything... extra, just asked to take the cheese OFF. Was assured that they are not pre-made but they still will not remove an item forpeople with allergies. Everyone should be able to participate in the discounts. People with food allergies already have it hardenough trying to find places to eat, and places like Papa Murphys are part of the reason why. Read more

I do not recommend this place! Go to another location. I am a frequent customer there and multiple times I was charges for extra... black olive which they did not put on my pizzas. When I called and complained he said I would get 50 percent off my next pizza.He took my name and number and said it would be logged into the book. I go to the store and my name isn't logged in andcompletely gave me a hard time! Asked me what day was the order? What did I order, I told them it happened multiple times!
