Baristas are always amazing and the coffee is good. Leaving a bad review because the dining room is closed very often. There are... not a lot of places to study or read after 5 PM in Ferndale, or really even in Bellingham, so having a place that is open laterto do homework at is really great. I feel like every other week I come here the dining room is closed for no reason. This is notto complain about the great employees but to management. Dont list your hours as having a dining room open 7:30 PM if you chooseto close it as often as you do. Read more
Absolutely horrible. Waited over 20 minutes for a frap that had been sitting in the drive thru line, melting, for 15 minutes. I... even asked about it and was told they were working on it. Over 20 minutes of watching people behind us get their drinks first. Isee there?s a Starbucks down the street, save yourself, go there. Read more
If it wasn't for this obviously racist coffee pourer I always think Starbucks gets a 5. Anyway I don't feed such attitudes,... imagine the burden you carry in not acknowledging another human you are serving. Read more
This is a nice Starbuck's, very clean and nice worker's, never to date had a wrong order, they are very efficient.
As I walked in to the shop I was greeted with a smile and immediately ordered my Caramel Brule Coffee and Cranberry Bar. As I... waited with vast space for social distancing I was able to look at their seasonal cups and other items which would be great forgifts! Their seasonal coffee flavors were enticing and the tea choices looked yummy. There were free used coffee grounds forgardeners as well as posters for ways to help support the community . This is the first time I have been so disappointed in mypurchases at Starbucks. The coffee was a new flavor for me so I was excited but I knew right away it was lacking much warmth. I couldn't taste the "flavor" and it just wasn't sweet. Unfortunately I didn't like the Cranberry bar either. The icing wasextremely thick and WAY too sweet while lacking flavor. Rather than being like a cream cheese base it was more like a cakeicing. The cake itself was a bit dry and super dense like it was over baked, and since its served cold, seemed stale due tobeing so thin. Read more
This is my drink without one sip taken out. Unfortunately this has happened many times at this location. I tend to mobile order,... and I understand whip cream does melt, however there is plenty of room for more liquid, as well as whip cream. This is supposedto be a 16oz, not a 12oz. Read more
