I ordered on the app and was charged on my debit card. It was a breakfast item and I arrived 25 minutes BEFORE they were done... serving breakfast. Suddenly, they were "out" of Crunchwraps, so they was offered a "comped" item for lunch. I felt lied to, andsince I started up my vehicle with breakfast in mind I lost my appetite while waiting for my "free" tacos so I just left. Theapp has no way of refunding my order (I was willing to pay for the two "free" tacos that I left) so now I'm just out a few bucksbecause I did not want to return to continue to get back in line and make a scene. This is the best Taco Bell location in Whatcom County. They're super fast in the drive thru. The food is always hot and food... quality (all things considered). It by far my favorite, I drive up from Bellingham bc of how reliable it is. Read more
Left out the most expensive item on my order and still managed to messed up my ONE other taco. I had a total of 5 items order,... no special requests. However, this isn't the first time this has happened at this location. Finally fed up enough to write areview. Taco Time for life?? Read more
Waited 40 minutes for my food when it was well-staffed and not that busy. 25 minutes in I asked how long it would be, and they... said 5 minutes. 15 minutes later, I went up to ask what was going on. Turns out they just left the completed order on thecounter in the kitchen and forgot about it. Read more
Pulled up to the drive thru and was told that what I wanted to order could only be done through the app and that I couldn?t... order there with them. Never have experienced this at any other location and always order the same thing. Read more
I accidentally added the wrong location for the food I was ordering for a mobil order. Thank God that the owner was here and... owned the other taco bell that I accidentally placed the order at. He was really nice and understanding and even gave us thefood he ordered here for us for free! Very understanding people we appreciate it! Read more
Nice new shiny modern and dare I say clean Taco bell location. Obviously newly renovated inside and out and it shows. Bathroom... was very nice and service was good. My food was ready before I even got the lid on my drink. Lol! Read more
