Awful service and screwed up my and my moms order, they forgot to add some of the extras my mom asked for in her Omlete and... gave me fries instead of the rice that I had ordered. Took over 30minutes to get our food and everything tasted bland. Thewaiter never came to refill our waters or asked us how our food was. We had to call the waiter to our table to get our billbecause they would not come by. Everything was okay pricing but certainly not for the service we recommend. It's unfortunate that this location has suffered such bad management and disrepair. The booths have exposed construction and the... emergency exit sign has no lens and wires sticking out in the middle of the restaurant. There is tape on the floor, cobwebs onthe ceiling and the temperament of the staff has much to be desired. Consider any other alternative, perhaps sitting in a McD'sparking lot with a bacon 'n egger next to the trash bin would be a more pleasant experience - especially for the price of aSmitty's meal. Our experience was great. Food was great and service was awesome! My young son had an accident in the bathroom randomly (nothing... to do with the food) and I offered to clean it up, but the gentleman working refused to let me do it myself. His genuine concernfor the well being of my son and myself was very comforting and so kind. A wonderful family establishment and I?m so gratefulfor the staff. Read more
Service was good, very nice staff, but the food was sub-standard. Coffee tasted like is was steeped through a sock ? bacon was... good ? hash browns we deep fried and then nuked (it seemed) eggs were ok and toast, we?ll hard to ruin toast, so it was fine. Read more
The service was excellent. The place is clean, spacious, warm, and cozy. The food is average. Very standard Smitty's food. They... have a nice array of condiments like jams and sauces you can help yourself to. The Smitty's syrup was corn syrup based withpotassium sorbate as a preservative so if Smitty's offered a syrup with more real ingredients it would be better. The cranberryjuice here is also very cheap tasting.... Like very sweet syrup based juice comparable to a fountain beverage. Read more
Over price for waffles... I though I should buy a waffle maker and make them by myself at home. Kids waffles are also... overpriced. Because just waffles. Lol The other food for my husband looks ok. He enjoyed it. Read more
Exactly what was needed on a hungover Saturday morning. Food was amazing, menu had quite the selection and food arrived quickly!... The place filled up quickly and the restaurant was understaffed leading to a long wait to get more water let alone the bill andpaying leading to a much longer breakfast than planned. Read more
