Got some dinner with a friend, and boy were they speedy. I ordered a meal and a sandwich and before I could even get to the... drink machine my food was ready. It's a burger place in a truck stop. Not much more to say. It's not fast and you can't use any online ordering or call-in... ordering. Get ready to wait.. but the food is good for the most part. Make sure to double check your order before you leave.They forget everything, sauces, special orders, napkins, plastic utensils, ect. Read more
I didnt eat at Wendy's, I went to Dairy Queen. The service was excellent! As far as employees go,the ONLY one working had... phenomenal customer service(Tess) even though she was the ONLY one working.She took orders accordingly and made them in a timelyfashion. So 5 stars to her!I gave it 4 stars instead of five because of that. Half the reason why business like DQ have highturnovers or complaints is due to overwhelmed employees and disgruntled customers. I understand profit and margins ect ect,butnow and days that same employee can go make more doing less. Read more

After great chili in the 1980s then a formula change in the 1990s Wendy?s fabulous chili is back on top. Not as hot as Arbys by... a long shot, the average person who likes a spicy sandwich could easily eat this, I liked it so much I?m going back on Monday toget a couple more? Pretty dissatisfied with the food I ordered, the fries looked and tasted like they have been sitting under the warming lamp... for 12 hrs. The burger was not much better. The patties should have been rotated off to make Chilli meat. Most of the time thefood is great. Read more
