I ordered at the drive thru Sunday July 24th at 9pm and I asked for my receipt to check the order also to get reimbursed for my... meal. I had to go inside to get hot sauce and when I went back through the drive thru they told me I couldn't get my receiptthey had already thrown it in the trash. When I got home I stepped out of the car the bottom fell out of my bag, tacos fell inthe dirt. The bottom of the bag was saturated with grease. Me and my family will never order from ferris's Taco Bell again theyhave horrible customer service and they need to change what they're doing and how they're treating their customers. Read more
I?m a Taco Bell fan but this place just ruins it. I have never received a completely correct order from this place since it... opened. Ordered chips n queso plus one extra queso, beefy melt burrito and the Cinnabon delights I checked bag but everythingwas stacked so I didn?t see that NO chips in bag, queso was included but cold, burrito was COLD, Cinnabons were very greasy.No receipt but for once there were enough napkins and mild sauce included lol. Do better people! Yes, it?s fast food and pay isminimal but for the &10.79 I paid, and you had no other customers, it should at least be complete and warm for my 3 minute drivehome. Very courteous staff, they are a little heavy on the sauce for chicken quesadilla, and burrito supreme.
One of the few places open late. With COVID removing most of 24 hour fast food joints, this Taco Bell is an oasis in a long... stretch of dry highway. I visited late and the 2 employees prepped a great satisfying meal. Parking lot is well lit, clean, andeasy to find from the highway. Read more
Not really sure what the reason is that this location?s employees and managers don?t know how to do refunds on credit card... payments. Simply saying to call the bank and dispute the charge rather then just refunding it is blowing my mind here. ???? Read more
