Hamburg wasn't cooked. They misplaced my order. Milkshake was no good.
My husband and I just tried to order in drive through and we could not hear the guy very well .My husband went to order and he... said your going to have to be patient we only have 3 people and if you don't like it go elsewhere. I think that is very rudebeing we all know sometimes you can not hear the best on those things .I totally understand short staff but you don't have tobe so rude to people. Every time I go to Ferrisburg McDonald's service is very poor. 2 times ago, food was cold. Last time no sauce with breakfast... burritos. This morning the person said she couldn't help me as they were short staffed and to busy. Really? I will not go thereagain. Read more

One of the best experiences I've had at McDonald's in a while! The arrow was advertised as being understaffed, but I would never... have noticed with the great service I received. Everyone was pleasant and understanding about my confusion with the app. And thefood was really fresh and the bacon was nice and crispy! I almost never take the time to put a up a bad review, but I had to. Ordered a mcdouble and asked for Mac sauce. Apparently, ... this was a super mega hardship for whoever was tasked with making it and so they splashed a half cup of Mac sauce all over theburger they clearly put together as some sort of drinking game from 6 feet away and wrapped it up. Fries were hot, though. Probably should get rid of that person. And before you say they are short there were 6 people working at a counter inside aconvenience store. Read more
