Restaurant 5904 witch would be Festus Missouri. My order was missing extra mushrooms that I ordered and payed extra for there... was no mushrooms at all .and if you look the receipt it is on the receipt Part 2 went back to Fazolis ordered the same plate Iordered mushrooms again the lady didn't add them to the order and this time no tomatoes. Is somebody who worked here please do not eat the food they cook with their bare hands they microwave the lasagna and they have... not cleaned their oven in over 2 years everything in this place is disgusting and I'm surprised more people have not gotten foodpoisoning I felt bad for even serving the food the Alfredo taste like glue and is cooked inside of a plastic bag and if you showup during the wrong hours of the day your weight could be anywhere from 2 to 3 hours somedays I've seen them leave the pastamagic that they used to cook all of your pasta unclean the entire shift so it becomes filthy to the point where the water isliterally Brown please do not eat here for the safety of yourself and your family it is a disgusting establishment Read more
Big shout out to the staff at Fazoli's in Festus tonight. The staff was amazing. They had just been slammed and were trying to... get more stuff cooked. The staff held it together and from outward appearance didn't lose it on front of or with the customers.Great job!!! Read more
Kayla at restaurant 5904 was so nice and helpful to us. We were on our way to stop and eat after someone in our party had an... outpatient procedure, but unfortunately eat couldn?t due to them not feeling well. But Kayla was so helpful in getting us asprite and some cortons. Read more
First time hear of this restaurant. Came in since we don't have one in Texas. Opening up the front doors, instantly the smell... of garlic bread filled our noses. I got the fully load Spaghetti, loved the taste of the mushrooms and meatballs. The stuff wassuper friendly and kind. Triple chocolate cheese was delicious and the cheese balls were a wonderful surprise. Read more
Ordered the loaded spaghetti ???? as usual, asked for metal fork and spoon???? ???? Was told they WERE NOT ALLOWED TO GIVE THEM... OUT UNTIL THEY RUN OUT OF PLASTIC. I know that?s not true, they do drive thru all day and evening! They can?t run out ofplastic. They just don?t want to do the dishes.
