This place used to be decent but since the pandemic they've really struggled. It doesn't open till 8 and even then it's a toss... up if they're open or not. Three our of the four times I've tried to stop there in the last month there's an issue (not enoughstaff, issue with the register, other excuses). If they can't provide a certain level service, I don't see how this staysafloat. They should close. Read more
$23 for two combo meals! 45 minutes in line.. gave us the wrong food. When we got the right food, 1 burger was over cooked, 1... order of fries was cold, the other wasn?t even a half order.. one soda was flat. Needless to say we will not be going back!! Read more
Have been to this location several times. Most of the times they just don?t answer the drive through speaker because they don?t... want to, and pretend nobody is there when you pull up to the window. I?ve only successfully gotten food from this location onceand it took a good 45 minutes for a couple tacos. Everyone that is employed here or is management needs to be fired immediately Read more
Stopped on my way home, spent $50 for 5 people. Ordered 2 sourdough jacks and there was not burger, just cheese tomato and bacon... and the bread was not toasted. Plus they had me pull to a spot and wait for our food and i did not get a receipt. Will neverreturn to this place. And i will be disputing the charge on my credit card. Read more
We bought dinner for kids and us our sourdough Jack's had NO MEAT, they don't even deserve minimum wage
Stopped at Jack in the Box on my way home from work and I ordered 5 Breakfast Jacks and they just made them however they wanted... to I guess cuz theses are not Breakfast Jacks the eggs were dried up and crunchy, no ham on them just a stick of bacon.. Ididn't even get my bacon cheeseburger and the tiny tacos where disgusting. Of course tried calling them and no answer. JustRidiculous! Read more
Love their cheeseburgers plain! I get a couple packets of the secret sauce and it's pretty yummy for fast food!
