Ordered JUST a milkshake. Payed for it and then was told I will need to pull into a waiting area. It is a milkshake, you take a... cup fill it, place a lid on, grab a straw and hand it to the customer, not time consuming. Total lack of customer service andincompetence. Out $4.00. Read more

I went in at 10pm April 23rd and I ordered a filet-o-fish meal, a quarter pounder, and a sweet tea. Whenever the cashier told me... my total it was $10.80 so it seemed normal. But whenever I got to the window she didn?t give me a receipt, and she only gave mea quarter pounder, a sweet tea, and a filet-o-fish, not a filet-o-fish meal. I didn?t think anything of it until I was halfwayhome, and I was little annoyed I didn?t get what I paid for, but it was fine. But then whenever I bit into my quarter pounder ittasted a little weird and it was still pink on the inside. Whenever I went back to see if I could get a new one, they wereclosed. I get that they were probably trying to close and maybe I came at an inconvenient time, but it is still upsetting.
