Every time my husband and I try to go to Panda Express, they are always out of string bean chicken, and the honey sesame... chicken. Doesn't matter what time of day, lunch or dinner. You would think if those were the 2 most popular items, they'd ordermore. This is the 6th time we've driven away because of it. 0/10 don't recommend if you want those entrees. Read more

This panda express has a bouncer... some people can get food from them and most people just get a locked door... there's people... serving food in there when I there I went maybe 2 minutes after a couple went inside to order there food. When I got to thedoor it was locked... when I drove out of the parking lot the lady was opening g the doors to another couple... thats a badbusiness decision Read more
We ordered from the Festus location last night. Worst service possible. We eat from there quite often and this was by far the... worst service we've received. When ordering we were told there would be two, three, and five minute waits for our items. Thatwas fine. After twelve more minutes we were still waiting. After 20 minutes we were at risk of running late so we said we mayhave to have the order refunded back to us. This was met with rude and sarcastic comments. We finally get our food and had askedfor 4 teriyaki sauces to go with our food and they generally put the 4 containers into a small cup. They do it all the time.Well when we got our two sauces we asked again if we could get 4 like we asked. The worker said in a very sarcastic voice "Ohlike you asked". We did get our four sauces but only after the worker dumped the sauces in our food bag completely covering ourfood containers. We had to take the food as is because we would have been late picking up our child. We got the food home andthey got 2 of the entrées wrong and totally forgot one. We have been on hold with the corporate offices for over 2 hours tryingto let them know. This has been the worst possible experience with Panda. Read more
Usually always out of at least one thing I order. The chicken I got tonight was overcooked and hard. I love Panda Express but... this location has been poorly managed since day one. Update: went there on 09/11/22 and they told me they were out of orangechicken, stringbean chicken, honey sesame chicken, fried rice, soy sauce. Unbelievable. Read more
We like this Panda Express in Arnold. We have been there many, many times. But the beef and broccol. Has way too much broccoli... and not enough beef. Service was good! Food good! Luv the workers, always polite and friendly. Beef and broccoli, not so good. Read more
