Pretty disappointed with our visit after going into Applebees at Arnold and no one even acknowledging we walked in, we left and... came here just to have terrible service, we didnt even get our appetizer garlic cheesy bread, my chicken marsala was made withall white sauce....Never had it that way before. I told the waitress I wanted all white sauce on my pasta only, the whole thingcame smothered. I was just really hungry and ate it, while it was okay, it was unfortunate our food turned out less than weexpected. We were offered a free cheesy bread but by time we got the check we were just ready to leave so we opted out ofwaiting longer for it. Read more
Service was terrible, salad had bad lettuce like greenish black. Food was so bland. Our waitress took back an entire salad never... once asked us if everything was OK Meatballs were overcooked and disgusting We will not be returning to this location. I won'tgive any stars. Save your money go somewhere else. Staff cares more about being on their phone then taking care of thecustomers. Read more
We've been twice and each time we've had wonderful servers! We've been at lunchtime and had far more food than I could finish,... and the food was excellent! My personal suggestion - if you request pasta as your side and your main dish comes with a sauce,forego the sauce that comes with the side pasta and just use the main dish sauce for your pasta and always ask for extra garlic!Would definitely recommend! It is an Italian themed restaurant chain. It isn't at the level of eating at some of the authentic mom & pop places that aren't... that far away, but it is consistently a decent place to eat. This store is very clean and tidy looking, with friendly employeesthat actually seem to enjoy being at work. That really is what made the 4th star. Read more
This has been my favorite restaurant since I was younger. It was such a sad day when they closed to one near me. But they say... God never closes one door without opening another, and there was Festus. Every time I'm in the area, I make sure to stop. Thestaff is so friendly and the food is awesome. I ordered the meat ball sub and white pasta as my side. The pasta was lacking in sauce, pretty bland flavor. The sandwich had a... poor flavor and just wasn't good. The food tasted literally how disappointment would taste. The waitress was very nice andservice was great, she kept our drinks full and food came out in a timely manner. However I'm giving 2 stars for the quality offood vs the price. Not worth it. Way over priced for the quality and amount of food you get. Sad that pasta house can't evenget their pasta right. Seated quickly. Server was terrible. Took forever to get waited on. Took forever for her to bring beer. Never checked on us... after we got any of our food. Wasn?t busy very busy. Normally this is a go-to spot for my bf and I when we get dinner before the movies, but our last two trips weren't the best.... Last time we ordered cheesecake, it tasted like it had been left out in the refrigerator too long and absorbed all that flavor.It was so bad. I told the waiter about it. They didn't change the bill or really react.. I don't think anything changed eitherbecause the desert we got the most recent time had a similar issue. This most recent time was also my birthday, and I hadassumed they offered a free b-day dessert but that didn't happen. That was really surprising because our more local locationdoes that. That was also disappointing because we had a miscommunication with the waiter. I had specially said I wantedcheesecake and asked about flavors. He mentioned a chocolate turtle, and I've had that at cheesecake elsewhere that's beengreat. But we had a brownie come out that was hard and also somewhat tasted like fridge. I don't understand how that happens.Also, the last two times we've gone, we've had stale bread. Our toasted ravioli also somehow had a fishy aftertaste. Idk if theyfried fish or something and then fried ravioli, it doesn't really make sense to me, but it wasn't great. I'm 99% sure thekitchen/refrigerator/freezer something needs cleaned.
