Visited here last weekend. Wait staff was fantastic, but the place was operating at only half staff, no draft beer available,... some sodas not available, and food took an hour. If that?s all that can be expected, why even remain open? Or an even betterquestion might be: why is it that there are so many unfilled positions? Is it possibly because the rate of pay isn?tcompetitive enough to attract employees? Update: just saw your response. Good all over the floor. Salad dressings and foods were mixed together/ cross contaminating. There were 4 of us and each... person's food came separate with enough time to finish before the next person's food came. Horrible quality of food and theyeven burnt the taco and tried to hide it with parmesan... Wth. Do yourself a favor and eat elsewhere. Read more
Placed a pick up order, they stated it would be done in 15mins. I came 30mins later. Waited at the door for long time before... someone acknowledged me. I told them I had a pick up and they said go to the bar. Went to the bar and seen a bag for pick up,asked the waiter if that was my order, I told her my name and order and she said no your order will be out shortly. I waitedanother 15mins before I asked another waiter about my food (because by this time it?s been 50 mins since my food order wasplaced). She asked me my name and my order, she then proceeded to pick up the order that had been sitting there originally thatI asked was mine. I was mad at this point obviously my food was cold so I said something, she went in the kitchen and came rightback out in 2 mins saying I got you new fries ???? I was annoyed at this point because I was also on break at work so I had toget back, so I just paid and left. I got the tacodillas and I swear even cold they was sooooooo goood ! They have a good salad bar (though it used to better), the entrees I've had have been good, and the service is typically good as... well. Kids meals are good size portions for moderate eaters and are a good value. The regular adult prices are a bit high, butthey aren't too much higher than similar quality restaurants. New Manager making a big difference! Food and service was great! Salad bar was bountiful and fresh! Enjoyed the salmon, it was... flavorful and cooked to glistening perfection. Restaurant manager Jane Vogt greeted & seated every customer! Exceptionallyclean and the atmosphere is well suited for anyone who wishes to enjoy a meal out. Waited at the door for 4 minutes before a server saw us. Salad bar plates were filthy. Melted cheese all over a few in the... middle of the stack. The rest were wet and questionably clean. The potato salad and cucumber salad were literally frozen. Thespinach tasted old. To be expected when so spinach leaves are literally rotten.
