Drive thru ordered 2 #1s (2 patties with cheese)with unsweetened tea. Got sweet tea. On one hamburger, it was tolerable, the... other only got one patty and a small thin piece (size of a quarter) burnt to a crisp. French fries were cold. Read more

This Steak ?n Shake has changed so much!! I used to have to wait in line for 30+ minutes, my food would be cold, and wrapper... soaked in grease. Not anymore! Now my food is always hot, made and wrapped nicely without a long wait time. The owner isextremely nice and cares about the customers. And they play 99.1 in the dining area! It has changed so much the last few years. You order on a kiosk inside the restaurant. Take a seat. And they will call your... number. The service has increased greatly. Before when you'd be waiting 45 minutes for your food now you might be waiting 5 to10 mins. However many of the items are no longer available. They did not have the hats and crayons and things that they use tohave for the kids. But overall we did enjoy it. Read more
The restaurant is under new management with new crew altogether! Improvements made daily from what it was before. If there ever... was a problem with my food (very very rare) I just call them and they are very polite and offered to fix it without hassle. Theyare always busy but work so hard to get me my food very fast! It's nice to know this place is doing what most places now dayscannot do. Staff is always helpful when you have questions and always seem to go above and beyond. Can't wait to go back today!! Read more
Shake was barely even filled up should be at least filled half way on the lid , and it smelled like onions like WTH is going on... ????
