Every order that went out to customers was wrong. Food was missing. Food was ICE COLD. We waited for 30min to get an order that... was messed up. One customer was waiting for an hour and after asking for a refund he was told it would only be three minutes. 20MINUTES later he finally received his order AFTER he was notified via the app that it was ready 45 MINUTES prior! Completelyirresponsible crew that have no idea how to work. Definitely will not be back until someone does a full makeover on the workethic of this place. Read more

Is it fast food or 45 minute food. I don?t know what the issue is but you can?t have employees outside telling people to wait so... they can catch up. Either they don?t have enough employees or no one in there is working. Either way, the GM needs to step upand fix it instead of acting like there?s no problem with this. I?ve been here more than a few times and nothing has changed.This is the last time I spend 45 minutes in this line with only 5 cars in front of us. Read more

I used to go to this Taco Bell quite often after work around 11pm..it?s really went downhill the last few years. I know twice in... the last 3 months I waited in line for 45 minutes, just for them to tell me they are ?restarting their computers and can?t takeorders? The wait times are 10x worst then they used to be as well. Maybe it?s just the quality, or lack of quality of help. Read more

Orders are often wrong, either wrong items or do not receive an item at all. Employee stated they were out of chicken to make... the new chicken tacos for the cravings box, I said that was OK and to substitute it for a soft taco, employee stated that theycould not do that, I said that was fine and to charge me individually for the items that came in the cravings box minus the newchicken taco and instead a soft taco. Employee that was taking orders stated they could only do menu combos with what they had.Very aggravated I left without buying anything after waiting in line as the drive through has only one way out once you're inline and that's straight ahead. Will not be returning to this location and I will advise that everyone do the same. This placeshould be out of business. Read more

Had lots of issues trying to order from the app so I could get points, customize our order, etc. When we finally got to the menu... board the associate didn?t sound very enthused. Once we arrived at the window I brought him around a bit and even got a smileout of him. Orders were customized perfectly and portions were perfect. No napkins in the bag, though. So we had to wait untilwe got home to eat. Read more
