The food was horrible. Very horrible. I was so mad because I was excited. We do not have White Castle where I live. I was heart... broken considering I ordered tons of stuff I threw it all away. Plus I right when it first open. I couldn't understand why thefood wasn't fresh. SHAME. PLUS THE WORKERS LOOKED UNKEPT. I DONT EVEN WANNA EAT WHITE CASTLE FOR AWHILE. Very bad experience. Read more

Employees were very nice and friendly . My cheese fries were good but they never have enough cheese to cover every single fry .... I usually have 3 to 4 fry's that do not get any cheese on them . Also my double cheeseburger was very soggy this time , more sothan usual . I will still be a white castles customer at the end of the day though and overall love white castle sliders . Read more

I love the food at White Castle, but my last visit was rough... we went there to grab dinner and the drive through was backed up... about 7 cars out the line so we decided to go in. There were 3 people in line before us. All pretty standard fast foodsituations. It took over half an hour to finally order and receive our food. Most the time when you have a rush at a fast foodplace the workers will move somewhat quickly, this was like watching the sloth from the Zootopia movie... Read more

The men and women that work here are a class all their own. They manage being polite and work hard at the same time. During the... crowded time of the day, they’ll put more workers on deck. Nonetheless, going out to eat is hit or miss for the time you’llhave to wait. Personally, as long as the food is hot, and it’s correct, I don’t mind the wait. Placed an order online. Picked up order. Stopped in parking lot to make sure it was correct. It wasn't. Went back through... the drive thu and told them all my double cheeseburgers were supposed to have double onions (and I added a special instructionof "tons of onions") and my burgers had close to none. There solution was to give me two cups of onions instead of remakingthem. Oh and did I mention they were for my boss. What is the point of pick up if you have to take apart the food andreassemble it especially when it isn't for myself! And no, my boss is not a very understanding person and gave me great griefover not making them remake the burgers. Read more

First time ever at a White Castle. Guess what? You need to try it out. It is very good. The sliders are amazing. We even... tried the 1921 slider that was also amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the restaurant is clean as well as therestrooms. We will definitely be coming back for more! Love it! I was extremely excited about trying out the sloppy Joes and I loved it. They have the best cheese fries and chocolate... shake...oh but the warm doughnuts and coffee in the morning are a great choice to. Janis I think was the managers name, shereally is awesome. Food was great but the team leader had a disgusting attitude as soon as we walked in. I understand she was busy putting up... product and still trying to cash out customers. I have been a restaurant manager for 7 years but I would never talk to mycustomers who are helping to raise up my stores profit and increase my bonus every quarter because of higher sales. There wasno greeting, no patience, no smile just "can I help you" every two minutes while I explained that we are from Texas and needed afew minutes to look over the menu because we don't have white castles near us back home. We are out here for work...I don'texpect to be treated disrespectfully either. The rest of the staff was pleasant when I asked for help. If this is how you trainyour store managers to treat the people who come into their business then I definitely don't want any part of it. But seeing thefood quality and other staff reactions and willingness to work together and help others as well; I know this isn't yourstandard. Just a bad hire. Learn to teach someone how to treat a person as a guest in their restaurant instead of acustomer. If you walk into the restaurant and you can tell that she doesn't like her job and has no positive interactions orattitude then maybe Walmart would be a better option for her. Definitely not guest service. Will never come to this locationspecifically again but will give White castle another chance simply because of the other staff. Read more
