Starbucks is always a hectic environment. The staff at this location still somehow are cordial and courteous. I've never gotten... an incorrect order. And both the drivethru and interior are always open. Read more
Me and my cousin came to starbucks this morning and i asked G if she could give me any drink of her choosing. G excitedly... accommodated my request and she explained her thought process behind the drink she made for me. Poor customer service at drive up. I had to repeat my order 3 times and her response was you want what it was just a latte... and a pastry got to the pick up window and asked me again and then tells me they don't have the pastry.I asked who took myorder and she said she doesn't know.I asked what was her name she said she just got in.I asked for the manager she said shewas not in. Meanwhile the other two workers were next to her just laughing. I go to this location everyday sometimes twicea day. I never experience just terrible service!!!!Need to go somewhere!!!!! Read more
I am not a person to leave reviews, especially not bad reviews. As a former Starbucks employee I am very disappointed. I am... disappointed in the customer service and taste of my drinks. Sadly this has not been my only bad experience but one of MANY!! Weall have bad days and I?ve given it so many chances only to be disappointed. I know what it feels like to be on the other side,how stressful it can be especially during busy times. I wouldn?t mind waiting as long as I know my drink will be worth it!Perhaps some re-training would be beneficial to the store and it?s employees. Read more
