Me and my cousin came to starbucks this morning and i asked G if she could give me any drink of her choosing. G excitedly... accommodated my request and she explained her thought process behind the drink she made for me. Poor customer service at drive up. I had to repeat my order 3 times and her response was you want what it was just a latte... and a pastry got to the pick up window and asked me again and then tells me they don't have the pastry.I asked who took myorder and she said she doesn't know.I asked what was her name she said she just got in.I asked for the manager she said shewas not in. I am not a person to leave reviews, especially not bad reviews. As a former Starbucks employee I am very disappointed. I am... disappointed in the customer service and taste of my drinks. Sadly this has not been my only bad experience but one of MANY!! Weall have bad days and I?ve given it so many chances only to be disappointed. I know what it feels like to be on the other side,how stressful it can be especially during busy times. I came to this Starbucks for another coffee because the previous one I got from the Lawrenceville location tasted like water.... The person behind the register was extremely nice and gave me a new coffee on the house (plus an egg thing!).
