Dropped in at 8:30. Front doors locked. Sign says drive through only. Fine. Line of cars at the drive through. Most of them are... turning around. I finally get to the drive through, and no one answers ( combined time 10-12 min). I decide to pull away butcall to make sure they are ok. A girl answers the phone and is totally confused as to why I?m asking her if they are ok. I toldher the door was locked and no one was answering the drive through. She said, the lobby is closed. I sigh then ask, so thegiant line of cars at the drive through. What about them. ? I?m sorry?. I ask I call because robberies happen. I think this onewas totally some screwing around happening. Managers, get involved. Look at cameras. Find out why you let 10-15 cars worth ofbusiness slip away. Cripes. Read more
Worst experience ever. First found out it was drive thru only. Okay, I can deal with that and yes I know they are probably short... handed but the service was bad. I placed a online order and told them through the speaker. When I finally get up to the window,they hand me my blizzard and asked if I can go park around front for a couple of minutes to get my burger, fries and pretzels.So far not bad but when I am waiting for over 12 minutes and tried calling 3 times and knocking on the door while all 3employees look at my direction and nothing. Finally I am guessing was the manager and she tells me it is a drive thru onlylocation. I just wanted my food. No way does it take that long from the time I told them through the speaker to cook a burger,fries and pretzel. Seriously over 20-25 minutes is ridiculous. Read more

I'm not going to complain about too many things but I do not believe that it is fair that a place of business would deny... somebody simply because they do not have a vehicle. Upon arriving at dairy Queen by foot we were denied service because wedidn't have a car and when I mentioned a solutions to that problem I was really answered and so I will definitely not beattending any further business as dairy Queen. The Peanut Buster Parfait has always been my favorite, but when I also ordered the 4 piece chicken strips basket for $7.49 I... couldn?t believe how bad that was. The picture shows what was bad, 4 tiny chicken strips. I?ll stick with the desserts, notthe dinner. Read more
