Horrible location, I?ve never seen such bad customer service at a Starbucks, a company known for good service, it?s actually... shocking! They are rude, and in my mobile order bag they placed my hot sandwich and cake pop bags right against each other andmy cake pop was completely melted. Thanks a lot! Employees don?t know how to smile or properly greet their customers. They also seem to be closed at the most random times. This... is very inconvenient being it?s one of the few Starbucks stores in the area. Read more

This location has poor customer service they claimed they were closed. I arrived at 7:20 the was a long to hair dark hair male... and long black ponytail female. When I arrived through the drive through he asked me what I wanted and one minute later the ladygets on the mic and states they were closed and he didn?t presumably know the store was closed. She didn?t reply when I askedfor the store information and manager information to make a complaint. I asked for her name etc all at the window and they bothproceeded to hide in the back while I recorded the store. 1/20/22 Worst Starbucks I?ve ever been to and there employeesobviously need training on customer service communication.. Always love Starbucks I am always up for coffee because everywhere I go it's always the same and very good. This Starbucks has a... friendly staff that was very helpful. Thebpeople.that work here go the extra mile to make sure your coffee is the way you wantit. Somedays this place is packed in the mornings with a line almost out the door at certain times and that can be a little slowwhen your in a hurry but this is a clean Starbucks. Read more
Our drinks were exactly as expected. It was super busy on a Saturday morning. Staff was rushed, but pleasant and attentive. Mine... was a mobile order, but because it was busy still waited a couple extra minutes for it. Recommend ordering ahead of you can. The parking lot is small and the drive-thru is crammed in there.
