let's just say the only reason why they got what they did in stars has nothing to do with them getting the order right it was... missing a sandwich first lobby closed so tried calling no one ever answered had to walk back up to the window to have them fixit i got the other sandwich that was missing in there but still missing my bacon that I paid extra for on the first sandwich Ieven asked the lady if the sandwich had bacon. on it and she said yes so I just left when I got home not only did it not havebacon is had the wrong sauce so u couldn't even eat it.. and they still won't answer their phone... Worst service I went to Wendy?s last night and they totally disregarded my order and pretty much put in what they wanted to... totally got my order wrong to make matter worst what they did give me the bread was soggy like the ketchup had been sitting onthe bun for over 30mins. So I called the manager told him my order was completely wrong and he told he would take my name downon the receipt and to come back tomorrow and just let them know my name and they would re do my order. So today I try to attemptto go get my order fulfilled the right way and they tell me that they can?t do it and there?s know way to help me with this.They have messed my orders up several times but to tell someone your gonna re do their order and I come in and I?m told sorryyour outta luck is beyond just a little mistake that?s shows no integrity no loyalty towards your customers and that yourlocation cannot be trusted so go else where but this location is no good. Stopped through drive thru for a quick bite for lunch. My lunch of chicken nuggets & French fries was very disappointing. ... The fries were over cooked (some were in clumps causing potatoes to be raw ) to fries being burnt. My friends burger on theother hand came out good. 8-26-2022 Read more

Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes and then only got half my order. Went in to get the rest and waited for them to remake the... whole thing for some reason and it was all wrong again. Gave up and left with 3/4 of my order because I didn't have faith inthem getting it any better the 3rd time. Not to mention I was really going for FAST food. 30 minutes later I was just over it.Pretty sure my 12 year old twins could run this place more efficiently. Read more
Drive thru was pretty seamless and fairly quick. The order taker was patient and we got our 4 $5 Biggies and Big Bacon Classic... meal, plus the 5 cookies for $5 deal. We got everything, nothing was left out. Read more
The way to even order your meal is anywhere from 1 to 5 minutes. They totally messed up on my order. Not to mention my hamburger... bun was dry and heard around the edges they didn't put any condiments on the bottom part of the Burger it was just a really badBurger. The lady that was taking orders was rude and patient and should not be working the drive-through. She was using herhands without gloves to scoop out ice. Was talking to me through the drive-through speaker and someone else at the pick upwindow getting both of our orders confused.
