In a time when so many like to complain online about everything, I'd like to say that I was nothing but happy with my pizza... order last night. Seems silly and I'm insignificant but our dinner was piping hot and fresh from the oven. I don't live farfrom the restaurant but it's still not always so great. At 8:30 pm we?re too busy to take anymore orders tonight. Who the f@&$ is 2 1/2 hours behind on making pizza. I don?t go here... often even though I live near. Just gave me a super reason to never return. This imo makes this place a waste of space! I willbe sure to tell everyone I know to avoid at all costs, drive to twin get domino?s instead!!! Read more

I work here as shift lead. WE DONT DO CURBSIDE. I live down the street pizza always cold (order for my kids when I?m at work ) and they take forever , Horrible customer service... on multiple occasions, I don?t even think getting a discount on a pizza can help but the pizza wrong and hanging up on us duringa simple pizza order or even lazy customer service . Go to domino?s no motivation for a simple job they are always slow andstressful getting a simple pizza or big dinner box simply go somewhere else i have given this place multiple tries Read more

This was the worst Pizza Hut I have been to. We ordered online, a couple pans and some pasta since we were in town visiting... family. We went and waited until the pizzas were ready and I went ahead and dropped in to pick them up. Turns out, they had runout of pan dough and that Robert attempted to call us about 4 times. Dont have a single missed call or voicemail. When anotheremployee asked what the situation was, Robert, who I assume is the manager had the audacity to say that we were beingdifficult! They didn't want to refund us either, they kept pushing us to get in store credit instead. As I said, we're from outof town, and after this experience, we wouldn't want to come back. Eventually we finally got refunded after they figured out howto do it. Read more

The toppings need to be a decent amount. On this order I was very disappointed discovering that the entire three toppings were... sparse recieving only one slice of meat per each slice and in some instance none at all per piece. Eating cheese bread withmarina sauce was not my intention when purchasing the pizza. I really feel short changed on the value and quality. Read more

This Pizza Hut has recently started delivery service. They have delivered to our residence which happens to be 4.1 miles from... the store. Tonight when we ordered, we were told they wouldn't deliver to our house. Although they do deliver to the next townwhich is 7 miles away. When we went to the store to pick it up, the manager Aunica was completely unprofessional, rude,uncooperative and I've had previous run ins with her before. This is not how a manager should act. They are there to mediatebetween the business and the customer, not aggravate the customer to a point where they will never go back and will bad mouththat business at every opportunity they get. Not only did she lose a customer but created an enemy. It's pizza, not brainsurgery. You shouldn't be that stressed trying to eat dinner. And managers shouldn't stand there with a smirk on their face,instead of defusing the situation. All she did was ignite it. 3rd run in with the same manager, feel sorry for the rest of theemployees, they have always been polite and courteous. Can't imagine what she's like to work for. Read more
