We came on a Sunday evening during a Bills game. They were out of many things, had one waitress and one very young cook working.... They tried thier best to keep everyone happy. When I asked where the owner was, they had gone to the Bills game. Knowinglyleaving your Bar and Grill while running on a bare minimum, and new employees is very irresponsible in my book. 5 stars to thecook, with what you had to work with, our meals were good. 5 stars to the waitress, who kept us happy during our long wait andhelping us piece together a meal with what was available. We will not be back but we wish the employees all the best. Read more

This was our first time visiting 71 West. We've had a summer cottage in the area for over 50 years and I honestly don't recall... many places in Fillmore to eat dinner. This is a good thing. It's nice to see options for the town, and ones so well rec'd atthat. The restaurant filled up pretty quickly after we sat down. The fish fry and pulled pork mac&cheese were good. And ourserver Kira was great... she's a definite asset to 71 West. Read more
I was here as the Drummer for "The Meat Cutters' Union" last night. Yes, the food is amazing but after the kitchen closes this... place is still awesome. The patrons really know how to have fun. Love 71. Read more

This was the best meal we had on our trip. I had the 71 burger and it was amazing and we tried poutine for the first time and... that is a new family favorite. Had some great beers on tap. Everyone was super friendly and our waitress was awesome. If your inthe area swing by here for a great meal. ???????????????? Read more
I?ve been here three times in the past 6 months. Prices are too high for this area, service is slow, food is below average.... Bartenders are way too slow to even acknowledge you?re there- even on a slow night with only 4 people sitting at bar and onetable in dining room. Friday night at 5 pm it took 10 minutes for a bartender to acknowledge our presence. Chaos behind bar andspilling over from kitchen. Staff not cheerful, friendly nor engaging. It?s unfortunately the only place to go within the area.The decor has been updated but the service, food and value for the product has a long way to go. The fall decorations on theporch were cute.
