Even though the people at this restaurant did not read my daughter's mind and to keep the tomatoes off her burger, they did... great otherwise. The onion rings were tasty although they could have been a little more crispy. The French fries look likethey're super good as always. Her burger is excellent. And the service was warm and speedy. All in all a good place to go forsome food while you're driving through the heart of Utah. Read more

This Carl's Jr in Fillmore Utah was great. The food was fresh, the staff was the friendliest staff I've encountered at a fast... food place in a LONG time, and the place was spotless. They took the food to customers, engaged in small talk with out ofTowner's, and went out to the lobby to made sure an elderly customer had everything he needed. Great job guys. Read more
The restaurant was pretty clean as well as the restrooms. Customer though was pretty bad, there was a girl named Ali with long... black hair that kept touching her hair, she was kept customers waiting and was rude. I have stopped here several times on my trips from Canada to California and always find it clean and well maintained. I almost... always order from the Green Burrito menu items and use the salsa bar which is always well stocked with fresh ingredients. Foodwas great and salad was delivered right to my table. Tried the Taco salad today and probably should have scheduled more time asthis was huge. I have this location favorited in Google maps so I don't miss it. LOL! Read more
I love Carl's Jr and even more the ones that have Green Burrito combined. At this location and on this occasion, they got my... order wrong. I ordered a steak burrito and they gave me a chicken burrito. No worries, I'll take it back and get the correctone. But no, they decided not to make a new one, but instead to hand me a side of steak instead. I don't like Green Burritochicken. So what, I'm forced to eat chicken? I had eaten 1/4 of the burrito before I finally got to the meat and figured out itwas wrong. I guess they thought I ate too much of it to make me a new one. Very unprofessional and in my opinion, the wrongcourse of action. I was just driving through this town, so the odds of me coming back here are slim to none, but needed to getthis out. Hopefully management reads this and gives the crew a bit of training on proper customer service. Read more
