THEE WORST COSTA VIDA EVER!!!!!! Do not go here!!!! If I could give it negative stars I would! We went through the drive thru... and they messed up on every single one of our orders. The meat in my husbands tacos was super COLD. Not just a little bit, itwas like they just took it out of the freezer. He couldn?t even eat it it was so gross he had to throw the whole thing away. Iordered a pork salad with no rice and no beans. They gave me a CHICKEN salad WITH rice and my favorite part is always thetortilla, well guess what, there was NO TORTILLA!!!!!! So mad!! It's connected to a gas station right off the freeway, so you're trading quality for convenience. They don't have the... horchata/limeade machine and their soda machine kinda sucked, plus the salad wasn't super fresh. Otherwise a good experience. Read more
Ordered online about a week ago an hour before picking it up. We get to the store and they definitely forgot about our order and... they tell us that they ran out of steak (we both ordered steak salads). We never received a call or anything about this until wearrived in the store so we just wanted to cancel and get a refund. They told us they would handle it and that we could go. Food is awesome. But cashier so disgusted that I didn?t tip, she verbally made a disgusting noise and rolled her eyes. I never... tip workers who make as much as they do. My son is a waiter and makes $2 an hours and tips are his living. That is an insultto all the real waiters out there to tip fast food workers. This location weighs our meat. Manager needs to teach Shandeecustomer service. We will never come back. And we come to this freeway stop all the time. Also, will tell my family who passesthrough here a couple times a week. Food is fine. We like Costa Vida. The Service was great. However when we checked out my wife clicked on no tip. We generally... don?t tip at a place like this. There are waiters and waitresses at real restaurants who work very hard for tips. We are verygenerous to those folks. As soon as my wife clicked ?no tip? here, Shandee, the person at the register, clicked her tongue androlled her eyes. No joke. It isn?t busy. Waited in the drive up. Told them we were ready to order. They said they were busy with other customers. Okay. Fine. Waited... longer. Asked if they were getting close to being able to take our order and they said they were busy preparing other people'sfood. No time estimate or other explanation. They just didn't care. Told them then I guess we will just leave. We waited atleast 10 min after the first inquiry. The car in front of us arrived seconds before us and was served very quickly. Read more
Fresh, amazing food made to order. We were traveling and a few places were only drive thru due to few employees. We were... excited to walk in and see dine in was open. We got a sweet pork burrito,kids quesadillas,and the queso dip. The sweet porkburrito was huge and easily fed two of us. I totally forgot to take a photo of the burrito until I was almost done. The sweetpork was tender and super flavorful. Rice and beans were great with lettuce and tomatoes on side. The staff were super friendlyand professional.
