I ordered a pretty simple drink. Just a frozen espresso latte with ONE pump of mocha syrup and chocolate chips blended in. What... they gave me was basically their frozen mocha latte, which was INCREDIBLY sweet and had whipped cream and chocolate syrup ontop. I order this same thing all the time through door dash and since they stopped delivering through door dash I decided tostop by on my lunch. It was so overwhelming in sugar I took 2-3 sips of it and gave it to my fiancé who loves sugary beverages.Super disappointed spending almost $7 on a coffee to not even be able to drink it. Read more
My coffee was done and waiting for almost 10 minutes and all they were doing was talking and goofing off completely ignoring me... while was in drive through. Had like 4 people looking right at me and ignoring me.... I even honked my horn and they continuedtalking. When a customer ask for almond milk you need to give them just that. I went through the drive thru today and ordered a hot... pumpkin spice latte, asked for almond milk instead of regular milk. Even double checked at the window to make sure it was almondmilk instead of regular milk. I have been sick to my stomach because it was regular milk and not almond milk. Not everyone canconsume regular milk and have adverse reaction such as what I've been experiencing for the past couple of hours. Definitely notokay. Read more
