Bunch of us decided to stop in after a local event before heading home. Food took 2 hrs to come out and most of it was stone... cold. We don't blame the waitress as it was obvious the other waiters we're stealing her food and the manager just wasn't payingattention. I hope our waitress finds another job where they appreciate her because she was awesome and obviously trying herbest. Read more
Writing this review because of the attitude I got when they messed up my order. I ordered wings online to have it picked up at... this location . On my online order I clearly checked the spot where it says sauce on the side but when I went to pick it up itwasn?t how I ordered it plus they did not give me my celery and carrots. After getting my order and back at work I realized itwasn?t right kinda upset I called back and I talked to the manager and she said that I can stop by they will give me anotherorder. So later after work about 7pm I stopped by and they try to say it was my fault when I ordered online . Do you honestlythink that is good customer service? You actually think after a day of work I want to stop by their and waste my time? Even thegirl at the takeout had an attitude . Don't believe the hype. There are a lot of tvs and the drinks are strong and tasty so if you're looking for somewhere to drink... and watch a game then this is the place. The food on the other hand, I wouldn't recommend. If you like chunky onion rings, plaintasting burgers, dry wings and flavorless fries then come here. I was not impressed. Read more
Ordered the Buffalo Blue Cheese Burger, and it was good. Cooked perfectly just the right amount of sloppy. The restaurant... itself was very clean. The waitress was very nice and got us refills quickly if needed. Read more
We travel A LOT with work. Best BWW we?ve been to. We were in probably 5 or 6 times. Bartenders were awesome every single time.... Service was good the appetizers were less during happy hour and very good. They had beer and well drinks discounted during... happy hour but we didn't take part in that. Just a quick and nice way to spend an hour away from the house. Read more
Okay experience decent service on a Monday afternoon lunch visit food was fresh hot and for the most part good. Overall... recommend this restaurant for your sports bar eatery needs. Read more
We went in for the Steelers game for dinner and drinks. Now I have lived in Findlay my whole life and have never experienced... service like I did tonight. We waited 45 minutes for appetizers and kids food plus 20 minutes for refills. Then I got my burgerand I had a hair in it on top of my wife?s wings being ice cold and they forgot a fry for the others with us. I had to get upand ask another server to handle it due to ours not being tentative. So rightfully so they comped food on my bill. But once wegot our new food the server immediately brought our bills to the table. Then came back a few minutes later and asked ?who hasn?tpaid yet? so I said me. So after all this she takes my bill and a few minutes later asked for my slip and hovered over mewaiting to sign it. I love BDubs but I will never be under that server again. Read more
