On 11/25/22 at 1am I was driving through and it says it was open until 2am . I stopped all the lights are on and it definitely... shows they were open . Pulled up to the drive thru and no answer at the mic . Waited pulled up to the window and guy that cameto the window was very very rude and said ?we?re closed? I said well it says you are open then he asked if were door dash . Thispoint I?m thinking why does this matter ? So they clearly didn?t want to do anything and is very disappointing. Ehh it was good. We didn't get one thing that we ordered and paid for, so that was annoying. But other than that it was fine... fast food. I hold no further expectations for food quality, quantity either. I found it very odd the inside of the restaurantsmelled like mary-jane though. But regardless it wasn't all that bad. Read more
This BK is by far the slowest service out of any ?fast? food place in the entire Findlay area. Doesn?t matter if there is only 3... cars in line? you will still wait atleast 25 mins for your order. They will blame it on lack of staff?.. yet a full crew isthere every time. I can?t even come here on my 30 min lunch break because I know I?ll spend the whole time in line here. Stop#1 of Our TN Road trip. BE WARNED!! This is not a participating location!! Hubby went on the BK app to order the $6... Breakfast for 2 offered in the app. Paid for the meals & he got a confirmation #. Got to the place & he was told that the orderwas cancelled bcuz they don't participate in the app discounts/offers. Ordered Burger King for dinner last night. They forgot my Sprite and some toppings on my sandwich. Not all that big of a deal,... but what is a big deal is the fact that the manager of this location called me to apologize. Not only did she apologize, shegave us two meals the next time we stop by. In 2022 where DoorDash rules the food industry, service has declined. So I felt thatthe manager taking time out of her day to call me and offer that, was a very kind gesture. 5 stars for a manager who still seemsto genuinely care. Read more
