This review is based off an order placed today(October 13th, around 11-115am). Order was for 7 people. This was a work order... placed via online. Majority were bowls, 2 were quesadillas. We ordered 2 sides of guac and chips and an extra side of chips andguac(large). Bowls were fine except for one major issue. They were mislabeled and had the incorrect lids. So we had to figurethings out but such a small mistake that shouldn't happen. Quesadillas had little meat and cheese. Good temperature but a bitlight on the filling. For the price, I'd expect more. The chips were fine. Tasted fresh. Guacamole was super disappointing.Brown, super chunky and clearly not fresh. Do you guys watch your products on the line or portion out properly? If you doorder, watch your portions and if you order guacamole be sure it's fresh. Overall disappointing, I might be back at some pointto see if things have improved. Read more
Worst Chipotle EVER! I asked for extra rice because I don't eat beans...dude literally put like 6 grains of rice extra, added to... the HALF scoop he gave me originally. Half a scoop of chicken and when I asked for a little hot salsa, they drenched it. As youcan see from the picture, not even close to a bowlful. Come on Chipotle, rice is a very inexpensive food (like $.35/poundwholesale.) I know this is not "technically" a Mexican restaurant, but every time I go to a Mexican restaurant, they give meextra rice as substitution for no beans without asking. Food was COLD!! This is a terrible value at $15 each. Also, employeesseemed ticked that we were there, flinging the food around like they were having a temper tantrum. Food was good and great portion of ingredients. Employees were very professional. Next time I come to the area will stop in.

They built us some terrific sofrita salads with hot, medium, and mild salsas. (Yes, we get all three.) The ingredients are fresh... and the spices are very yummy. Our only issue was there was a glob of sour cream in the hot salsa. That's no bueno for us plantbased eaters. Other than that, everything was great and served by happy staff. Read more
Whoever the two guys were that were working the counter tonight, they understood the assignment! We got excellent service, funny... banter and the perfect bowls! Good job! Read more
