When we got there they said the wait for a table of four would be 30- 45 minutes, and we were able to be sat in less than 20... minutes. The food was good as always, however the original server was not very observant that we, a table of four, was sittingand waiting to even be acknowledged for over 15 minutes. It was not very busy at all. Finally his co partner came and asked ifhe has helped us, we said no and she proceeded to take the orders for both food and drinks. Service was excellent, however, not much choice for some one who can't eat dairy. They offer breakfast entrees, but no... toast,home fries, hash browns, or fried taters of any kind. Honestly so disappointed by the quality of ingredients and food as of lately. The food is always cold, some is under cooked and... some over cooked. The wait time for food is way longer then it ever has been. Even with hardly no one sitting at a table. OurWaitress tonight was awful, it took her over 10 minutes to come to our table after being sat. Our drinks took well over another10 extra minutes to get to our table. Our food took forever too. She didn?t check on us and I had to ask for a refill to adifferent waitress. I probably won?t return. My grandma and I have been coming here for 20+ years and that will be stopping. Read more

When you show up every Thursday for turkey and dressing special and are told each time they ran out at 2pm. Poor management =... mediocre food and understaffing. The servers are great and try hard though. Read more

Party of five. We were seated promptly. Waited well over an hour for meal to arrive. Saw several customers seated, ordered, ate... and left before we received our food. Once food arrived never saw waitress again until near end of meal. One person had wrongeggs and meat. One didn't receive biscuit gravy promptly. One never received ketchup. Place has been updated since the last time I was there. Menu items have calories listed and everything is reasonable for how... good the food tastes. Their spicy grilled catfish is only 130cal and is beyond delicious. Service at this location has beenphenomenal for both of my recent trips. Read more

The worst breakfast I have had at a cracker barrel. Everything swimming in grease. Even after trying to sop it up with my one... napkin all I could taste is old grease. Had to scrape off the black bits of burnt things off my ham. Server was great. Don'trecommend! Read more

Food was delivered hot after a 40 minute wait. Some of the sides were wrong and were return for the right ones. Waitress was... pleasant and we enjoy the meal. Couples that came in after us were served before us. I believe our order was lost or missplaced. Read more
