Just had a misunderstanding and the delivery driver blessed us even though there was a miscommunication i have always loved ajs... and the things that their employees do to go above and beyond are amazing i am truly speechless i wish i would have gotten hisname he wouldn't even accept the tip i offered to try and make up for the time wasted ajs hands down is for the community thankyou again to whoever it was you made a bad night a little better you are amazing Read more

Ordered delivery this evening at 6:00 pm - 14? Deluxe and a Large Chef Salad. Since I?m staying at a local hotel, I specifically... asked for ?a couple plates / forks and a few napkins. I was not given an ETA. I never heard back from anyone until the deliverydriver called at 7:20, saying that his GPS had him sitting in a parking lot (obviously not at the hotel that I?d ordered it to).He showed up a few minutes later and I went downstairs to get the food. Pizza was actually not bad, probably would have beenreally good if it was still warm. Salad was actually not bad, probably would have been better if I had received the plates /forks and napkins that I had asked for instead of eating it with my fingers. Read more
Pizza is very good. Traditional mom and pop style pizzeria with stacked toppings. The more toppings though, the soggier the... crust. Bread sticks were great, lots of shaky parm. Read more
Ordered a jumbo pizza and over half of it had air bubbles and barley and cheese or topping on it. We order from here quit often... and this is the second time we had had an issue with our pizza. You would think they would do a quality check before theyactually give the pizza to you to ensure it looks good and is correct. Definitely going to try a different pizza place next timeinstead of heavenly pizza. Read more
I've been to every pizza place in town and Ajs is the best. The people there are always professional and extremely polite.... Everyone has a positive attitude and make you feel like your business is appreciated. The food looks and tastes good andingredients are well placed. I eat here about 3 times a week and never had a single issue. To the people who left 1 star reviewsyou need to grow up and use your words cause I'm sure if you had a problem and said something they would go above and beyond tofix the issue. Read more
One of the best pizza's in Northwest Ohio. The sauce is on the sweeter side, which I really like and the toppings are always... good portions. They also have some amazing desserts. Not only that, but I see this company doing amazing things with localorganizations and charities ALL the time, which makes me want to support them even more. I wish every business operated likeHeavenly does. whether you are a local or just visiting, I would definitely recommend giving it a try if you haven't already! Read more
I can understand it being late on a Saturday night. The thin crust was very thick. I asked for extra sauce there was hardly any... sauce on mine. I'm trying to be nice but I won't be ordering again. Read more
