Love the mom and pop shops. They have been a great eatery for me and my family for years! I have family that comes in from... Florida that requests this food every vacation. Love the price and the atmosphere! Word to the wise order more than you need ima big guy..... the only reason that they don't get 5 stars is their drive through. Delicious as expected. It's been about a year since my last visit since I do not live in town and not usually on the north side.... Burgers are well done with just a hint of a crispy edge. Almost a smash burger style but not quite. Onion rings were a perfectgolden brown with a slight crunch. Order was taken quickly in the line and the time at the window was a minute or two, includingpaying the bill. If you've never been to Keith's Dugout there is one way in/one way out. You enter the drive on the south sideof the building and follow the painted lane, which just turns you around in line facing Main St. If there are multiple cars theywill walk out to take your order. You can also park in one of the few parking places out front and order from the walk upwindow. There is no dine in. The menu is like a burger joint mixed with a dairy shack type eatery. ???????? I would have rated the food a 3. It was ok, but the tenderloin was obviously cooked in old oil -- maybe they are trying to... conserve? I only changed it to a 2 because I don't like when employees of businesses throw their politics into your faces. Dothat on your off time. Read more
