We waited 20 minutes for our food. The guy who came in and ordered after us plus a family size order in the drive thru that... pulled in after us were all served. When I went up request my money back, the girl asked what we had and walked away. Tenminutes later brought the food minus the biscuits and dipping sauce. We didn't get a side we paid for in the bag, no silverware, no napkins. This is the 2nd time we have tried this location and... both times we did not get something we ordered. Will probably not go back. Lee's is a better choice. Read more

Very long wait. Very filthy inside floor was very sticky and every table was dirty. Probably one of the most dirty fast food... places I have visited. Pop machine inside was broken all pop was flat. Cook was a sloppy looking guy who I can't believe isworking there but is probably most of the cause of the long wait and sloppy lobby area. Yes very poorly managed. Read more
This place had tobe the freshest and cleanest KFC I have been to. On too of that, the whole place was being ran by a manager and... cook. The manager was very kind to my kids and accommodating. There was a short wait after our order, but keep in mind weordered a large family meal chicken strip dinner. Truly, the service is what would bring me back (the food was good too)! Read more
Went in by myself with 4 kids and they were extremely helpful and patient with us. Franklin was really nice and came around and... made sure everything was Ok. Manager realized I had forgotten wet wipes for my children and upon seeing me wet napkins at thefountain, she brought me wet naps. Not sure how everyone below had a bad experience because the people working today wereamazing. Thank you. Also... I could tell they we?re short staffed but trying to make the best of it. I went and ordered a meal for my family. I witnessed the cashier in the middle of taking my order stop and yell to the workers... in the back that he was happy it was about time to go home. I then looked and noticed none of the workers were wearing theirmasks properly while preparing food so I decided to take pictures. All masks were under their noses and mouths. It is unsafe todeal with food ungloved and unmasked. I reported it to the manager and regional offices in the hopes they would correct theissue. I received nothing from them. We threw the food away because although it seemed they were preparing food in the back itcertainly wasn't fresh and had clearly been prepared much earlier in the day and then left to sit under heat lamps. Hardbiscuits, burnt chicken...none of it was remotely edible. Avoid this place like the plague...because they must just give it toyour family and their attitude towards their customers makes that very evident. Read more
Like to eat here. The food is very good and the workers and management is very good!
