I went through the drive thru on September 20th... my grandpa was in the hospital, I hadn't eaten all day, and wanted to grab... something quick. Returned to the hospital, took a bite out of my quarter pounder and it was still MOO-ing. Big disappointment.Gross. Read more

I fell asleep in line. There was only another car in front of me. Yet I waited 15 minutes to get a cheeseburger and fries. I... understand they only had two high school kids working in there. Maybe the owner of ths franchise I should come in and work tokeep this from happening. Definitely only go here once a year. Read more
Cleanest McDonald?s I?ve been in for years. Fries were hot & cooked completely (rarity lately). Big Mac was as it should be.... Friendly staff. Next time I drive through this area, I?ll be back for my food stop enroute to my destination. Read more
Worst McDonald?s ever, no one at the counter to help you. Waited a good 10 minutes for them to come up to the counter. Also I?ve... been here a good 10-15 times for a burger and it?s been wrong every time. If they can?t get it right or have people to help thenyou shouldn?t be running a restaurant. Yeah the place is busy, but still it?s not good getting many orders wrong. Take your timewith making it. Or your going to get lots of complains. Read more
I consider McDonald's my witness station. I go there for a few hours each day to talk to people and pray with them if they want.... Most of the help know me because I have done this for over 4 years. My husband used to go too until he passed away 3 years ago.Now my daughter goes with me. I do not push myself on anyone either. I wouldn't do that. Both pictures were taken at McDonald's. Read more
time and time again this location has proven itself to be THE BEST, both in terms of customer service AND quality. My wife and I did a curbside pick-up. We waited 15 minutes for the food, the employee wasn't friendly and the burgers were cold.... We were just bragging about how much better McDonald's was compared to other fast food businesses. You sure showed us how wrongwe were. This was just 40 minutes ago. Oh and of course I couldn't call and complain because of the Neverending busy signal.They probably took the phone off the hook so they don't have to hear complaints. Avoid the trenton ave one.
