What an AMAZING establishment! We were promptly greeted at the front door when we arrived. My son and I were quickly seated. Our... server Jenni was so sweet and took her time. She timed everything out perfectly from bringing our appetizer, salads and maincourse out. Addy the manager stop over to our table and check on how everything was. After an exhausting day of travel for business, I was looking for a good dinner that I could take back to my hotel. Outback was... right around the corner and I debated on eating inside or getting curbside. Usually curbside can be a mixed review because theservice is hit or miss. However, my experience at this Outback with their curbside was incredible. The curbside server, Jenn,was so attentive to what I needed. She was always smiling, made suggestions to my order, and even though she was super busy, shenever stopped staying focused on her high level of service. The order accuracy, which is always my biggest gripe, was perfect. Iwill definitely be coming back to this location based on this experience. And I?ll be mentioning it to my colleagues at theoffice when they travel here as well. Read more
I was very disappointed. I ordered steak and shrimp, with mashed potatoes and cooked seasonal veggies. First, service was... extremely slow... took 40 minutes just to place our order. Once our food finally came out.. I cut into my stake (which I orderedmedium), and it was well done. I mean, well well done. Sent it back, and it came back medium rare.. also not what I ordered. Themashed potatoes I ordered never came out with my food.. I had to ask them to go get them. When I started to eat my vegetables..they were barely even cooked, if at all. Skylee is our waitress and she is upbeat, prefect attitude, and I loved how she presented herself. Great waitress. The blooming... onion and pumpernickel bread is amazing. The steaks was perfect cooked the way we like them. The chicken was tender and and theshrimp was delicious. For our 23rd wedding anniversary we are a dessert and it is OMG delicious. Had an awesome dinner here, really enjoyed the food we love the blooming onions here. The service was top notch our waitress... Shelby took great care of us, she always had fresh drinks and checked in to make sure we were doing good. Her excellent servicemade the dinner so much better.
